YOGA
I offer private yoga and mindful body-conditioning classes for individuals and bespoke groups. My approach is technical and creative, rooted in 15 years of regular yoga practice and the thorough teacher training I received from Yogacampus, and enriched by my experience as a dance teacher for 20 years. I draw from other disciplines such as martial arts and Pilates, and my MA studies in somatics, to adapt to whoever I teach, in whatever context.
I taught regular classes for 12 years and now favour the privileged relationship of 1-to-1 and small group tuition, tailoring each session to the needs and goals of clients: from the desk-bound to the sporty, anyone with a condition or injury, pregnant or postnatal. Sessions can be at your home or workplace in Central London, at Yogahome, or online from wherever you are. Contact me to enquire and book some sessions! DYNAMIC ASSISTED STRETCHING
I offer a therapeutic stretching method called Dynamic Assisted Stretching, and can see you at Yogahome, or if you have a private gym/fitness club/massage space access, come to you (Central London only).

Coming up soon... a range of recorded yoga practices covering different moods and aims: rise & shine, core & grounding, restorative, slow flow, inversions, focus on hips /splits / backbends, pranayama, yoga nidra… These are all practices I do for myself, often improvised on the basis of LISTENING to the moment's needs, the day ahead or the day gone by, and based on my knowledge and experience. I share these here with you so join me in the flow of the moment, if they float your boat!
